1Why Buy A Home This Way Versus the MLS, Zillow or Redfin?
Houses that we send you are an investment. Houses selling on the MLS, Zillow or Redfin are often priced high enough that you have no equity when moving in. Instead, houses we send you come with a report detailing how much the property is discounted from on-market properties and your expected Return On Investment (ROI) from purchasing the home. This means you'll always make money on your purchase when buying with us!
2What if I Don't Have Experience As An Investor?
Everyone starts somewhere. Trust us, we were there too. Before buying our first duplex and 6-plex we didn’t know where to start. We pride ourselves in helping everyone we interact with understand all the jargon and get down to the numbers. Let us walk you through the steps needed to start your future in real estate investing.
3I Want To Invest But Have No Money
You will be surprised just how accessible money can be for investments. If you own a house already, have good credit, and/or have a family who would joint venture with you, you can start your investment portfolio. We can help you understand the ins and outs of using private loans, hard money loans, taking equity out of your current house, pulling money from your 401k, and more.
4Where Can I See Properties For Sale
We send all our properties out to our buyers via email. Sign up using the form above and new properties will always be sent to your email. Be sure you respond to our emails to let us know what you think. Your input helps us screen properties for you. The last thing we want to do is spam you with houses you aren’t interested in. That’s why we will remove you from our list if you stop responding.
5How much money do I need to buy a house
Since we have worked with traditional financing companies you can put down the same amount you would if were to buy a house off the MLS. Usually, for new time buyers you can pay as little as 3% down. It all depends on your lender.
