This Marysville house was showing its long history of renters. A common issue we run in to is home owners who want to list their homes on the market after years of renting it out to tenants. Many of these tenants are great people, but they generally don’t care for a house like an owner would. When a house needs a new roof, massive landscaping work, new floors and much more, sellers who are looking for houses on the market will shy away. We live in an age where home buyers want move-in ready and instant gratification. That’s where we come in. We always offer a fair price. We both walked away winners and we got to work our magic 🙂

It is remarkable what you did with this HOME. I loved all the changes you made. I always loved looking at Blueprints and rearranging them and same with landscaping. I admire you both for what you are doing . Give that handsome little Atlas a big hug from me and tell him his Great Gramma Ginne loves him A bunch!!
